| Your
order passes through four phases: 1) After the order is received, its priority is
determined. 2) If the order needs to go out the same day or as soon as possible, a florist
prepares the order or the order is sent over the wire service. If this is not the case, it
prepared as close to the day and time it needs to be delivered to guarantee freshness. 3)
Next, the order is sent out for delivery. 4) When the order is delivered, received, and
recorded, the process is complete. |

| Unavailable
Order Recipients |
| If the recipient of your order is
unavailable the delivery driver may: |
| Leave
a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call the florist's
shop and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. |
| Leave
the arrangement with a neighbor and attach a note to the recipient's door
stating who accepted the arrangement on their behalf. |
| If
instructed by the customer, call the recipient first to arrange a delivery
time. |

| If
the recipient will be at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to
their place of work. |

| To
Change or Cancel Your Order |
| You may change or cancel your order at anytime as
long as your order has not been sent out or prepared for delivery. To change or cancel
your order please contact Customer Service immediately. |
