Guaranteed Same Day Delivery

Availability and Restrictions

Same day delivery is available to anywhere within the continental United States on normal orders placed Monday through Saturday before 11am EST. Same day delivery is not always guaranteed and/or available during peak holiday seasons or dates when there are no deliveries to the U.S� Holiday seasons include Valentine's Day, Secretaries Week, Easter, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Same day delivery orders are accepted up until 4:00pm EST Monday through Saturday to State College, University Park, and Bellefonte and some surrounding communities. The same restrictions apply here as stated above.

3) Fax Your Order

Orders may also be faxed to Woodring's. Simply print out our Fax Order Form (clicking will open a new browser window) and fax it to (814) 238-9418. Orders will be processed during store operation hours only.

Delivery Information

Delivery is available Monday through Saturday during store operating hours. Our holiday calendar lists the days when there are no deliveries to the U.S. and Canada. Normal delivery charges are included in the price of each product. (Except where noted). Additional charges will be added for timed deliveries. Woodring's personally delivers to all locations within the Local Delivery Area. To guarantee freshness, all other orders are prepared and delivered by a florist near the location of the order recipient. When specified, the 'Local Delivery' price includes a limited Central Pennsylvania delivery area. View the Local Delivery Area Map and list

Holiday Delivery Information

When placing orders for busy floral holidays (Valentine's Day, Secretaries Week, Easter, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) we recommend placing your order at least two days in advance. Our holiday calendar lists the days when there are no deliveries to the U.S. and Canada. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee same day delivery during these holiday periods.�

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Woodring's! If for any reason you are not satisfied, contact Customer Service within 2 days of purchase and a replacement or refund will be issued.

Payment Options

For your convenience, Woodring's offers several payment options. We currently accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER credit cards. For payments in our stores we can also accept checks and ATM cards. You may also choose to put your order on a Woodring's Account. If you do not have an account, you can simply open one when placing your order, or by contacting Customer Service.

Having a Woodring's account makes shopping faster and easier. Accounts can be used for phone, fax, and in-store orders. To create an account, call Customer Service or stop in one of our stores. A major credit card is required for setup.
